A Zoning By-law Amendment to allow for:
- Zoning amendment to allow the development of two mixed-use towers which will consist of one 22-storey tower(Tower 2) with ground floor commercial/office space and 159 residential units above; and one 20-storey tower(Tower 3) with ground floor commercial and office uses, and 178 residential units above.
