Community Living Tillsonburg

Through the Ontario Disability Employment Support Program (ODESP), Community Living Tillsonburg provides a person-centered, individualized, assistance with choosing, acquiring, and maintaining competitive paid employment in the community.  This program promotes the skills of individuals to prospective employers and other community members. On-the-job training and initial staff support are provided for participants to learn and hold their jobs successfully.

The team at Employment Solutions help individuals with disabilities find work, and help employers create opportunities. The team offers case management, job search programs, candidate development and coaching, and market research analysis. The goal of Employment Solutions is to provide high quality, cost effective, and efficient employment placement and retention services that will promote client independence and community acceptance through proactive planning, job placement techniques, and education.

Leads Employment Services

Leads Employment Services Employment Services is a not-for-profit employment and skills development agency.  Since 1986, LEADS has been providing specialized and customized services for people with disabilities and/or employment-related barriers throughout Southwestern Ontario.  At LEADS, Employment Specialists work with clients who need varying levels of assistance developing skills and accessing employment opportunities, and/or post-employment supports.  They also work with employers who have hiring needs, including screening, matching, and on-boarding; and who want to save money and resources in training and accommodation recommendations.

Tillsonburg & District Multi-Service Centre offers employment and literacy training and support to help people develop new skills and secure employment.  Their team can assist employers with their recruitment process, training, or development programs. The employment services offered are free of charge and funded by the Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skill Development.

Woodstock and District Development Services offers employment supports to assist people living with a disability to become contributing members of the business community through part-time or full-time employment. The team offers pre-employment services to transitional age youth through a variety of workshops, experiential learnings, and skill-building, focused on building essential workplace qualifications.
