Stephen Turner is the Councillor for ward 11.
Stephen is currently serving his second term as Councillor for ward 11. He resides in Old South with his spouse Karen and daughter Claire. Stephen studied at Western University, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in biology and a Master’s Degree in public administration specializing in local government. Additionally, he obtained two diplomas in paramedicine through Fanshawe College and completed the Advanced Health Leadership Program through the Rotman School of Business at the University of Toronto.
Recognized as a leader in community development, Stephen has served as the president of the Urban League of London and has sat as a board member on the Old South Community Organization and ReForest London. Stephen’s passions lie in urban planning and in creating strong and vibrant communities.
