The Committee of Adjustment for the City of London will meet on Thursday January 28, 2021, commencing at 1:30 p.m., on the second floor of City Hall, 300 Dufferin Avenue, London, Ontario for the purpose of hearing the following applications for Minor Variance to Zoning By-law Z.-1.

1:30 p.m. – A.120/20 - 849 Hellmuth Avenue, PLAN 242 LOT 15, west side of Hellmuth Avenue, north of St James Street. To permit a covered unenclosed deck. To permit a north interior side yard setback of 0.0m, whereas 1.2m is the minimum required.

2:10 p.m. – A.122/20 - 1616 Wickerson Gate, PLAN 33M575 LOT 13, northwest corner of Wickerson Gate and Brayford Crescent. To construct an accessory structure and a private open swimming pool. To permit a private open swimming pool to be located in the exterior side yard, whereas the private open swimming pools are only permitted within the rear and interior side yard. To permit a rear accessory structure setback of 2.1m, whereas 9.0m is the minimum required.

2:30 p.m. – A.127/20 - 466 South Street & 90 Maitland Street, PLAN 178 LOT 18 N/S SOUTH PLAN 178 PT LOT 18 E/S, northeast corner of South Street and Maitland Street To create lots. Retained Lands:

To permit 24 parking spaces, whereas 27 parking spaces are the minimum required. To permit a rear yard parking area setback of 0.0m, whereas 3.0m is the minimum required.

Severed Lands: To permit a front yard setback of 4.5m, whereas 0.0m is the maximum permitted.

If you wish to be notified of a decision of the Committee of Adjustment, you must appear in person or by Counsel at the hearing and file a written request with the Secretary-Treasurer of the Committee of Adjustment.  An appeal from a decision of the Committee of Adjustment to the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal (LPAT) shall be filed within 20 days of making the decision. Any appeal must be filed with the Secretary-Treasurer of the Committee of Adjustment, in person at 6th Floor, City Hall, 300 Dufferin Ave., London, ON, or Mail to City of London, P.O.
