The Committee of Adjustment for the City of London will meet on Thursday  November 26, 2020, commencing at 1:30 p.m., on the second floor of City Hall, 300 Dufferin Avenue, London, Ontario for the purpose of hearing the following applications for Minor Variance to Zoning By-law Z.-1.

1:30 p.m. – A.100/20 - 309 Horton Street East, CROWN PLAN 30 PT LOT 3 S EAST HORTON ST RP 33R15792 PARTS 1 TO 3 IRREG, southeast corner of Horton Street East and Henry Street. To construct an addition. To permit a parking area located 0.0m from the required road allowance, whereas 3.0m is the minimum required. To permit 10 parking spaces, whereas 12 parking spaces are the minimum required.

1:50 p.m. – A.101/20 - 109 Delmont Place, PLAN 942 LOT 14 IRREG, southwest corner of Delmont Place and Delmont Avenue To construct a private open swimming pool. To permit a private open swimming pool located in the front yard, whereas private open swimming pools are only permitted in the interior or rear yard. To permit a private open swimming pool with a front yard setback of 1.5m, whereas a minimum setback of 5.0m is required. To permit pool mechanical equipment located 0.0m from a lot line, whereas the provided projection is to be no closer than 0.9m.

2:10 p.m. – A.102/20 - 1081 Talbot Street, PLAN NIL PT LOT 43 RP33R5456 PART 1, west side of Talbot Street, north of Regent Street. To construct an addition. To permit a gross floor area of 53%, whereas 45% is the maximum permitted.  To permit a gross floor area of 225m, whereas 00m2  is the maximum permitted.

2:30 p.m. – A.103/20 - 1770 Ernest Avenue, PLAN M14 PT BLK D RP 33R5842 PART 2, northeast corner of Ernest Avenue and Jalna Boulveard. To permit a restaurant. To permit 54 parking spaces, whereas a minimum of 80 parking spaces are required.

If you wish to be notified of a decision of the Committee of Adjustment, you must appear in person or by Counsel at the hearing and file a written request with the Secretary-Treasurer of the Committee of Adjustment.  An appeal from a decision of the Committee of Adjustment to the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal (LPAT) shall be filed within 20 days of making the decision. Any appeal must be filed with the Secretary-Treasurer of the Committee of Adjustment, in person at 6th Floor, City Hall, 300 Dufferin Ave., London, ON, or Mail to City of London, P.O.
