To permit parking in the front yard, whereas parking is only permitted in the rear or interior side yard. To permit a parking area to project 4.8m to the front of the dwelling, whereas 2.0m is the maximum permitted. To permit a parking area 0.0m from the required road allowance, whereas 1.0m is the minimum required.
1:50 p.m. – A.099/20 - 557 Wellington Road, CON 1 PT LOT 25 RP 33R3118 PART 4, southwest corner of Wellington Road and Waterman Avenue. To expand a patio. To permit 49 parking spaces, whereas 54 parking spaces are the minimum required.
2:10 p.m. – A.105/20 - 3736 Homewood Lane, CON WTR PT LOT 74, east side of Homewood Lane, north of Longwoods Road. To construct a drive shed. To permit a north interior side yard setback of 1.2m, whereas 15.0m is the minimum required.
If you wish to be notified of a decision of the Committee of Adjustment, you must appear in person or by Counsel at the hearing and file a written request with the Secretary-Treasurer of the Committee of Adjustment. An appeal from a decision of the Committee of Adjustment to the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal (LPAT) shall be filed within 20 days of making the decision.
