City facilities including City Hall are closed to the public. Many services will remain available, but changes have been made to reduce the need for people to leave their home to access services.
The City of London is committed to doing everything possible to slow the spread of COVID-19 and ensure the delivery of vital City services. The health and safety of all Londoners is our top priority during these unprecedented times.
Many City services will continue during the State of Emergency and Provincial Stay-at-Home Order, but changes will be made to reduce the need for people to leave their homes to access these services. To comply with these new orders, in-person services will be offered only where they are legislatively required or in extenuating circumstances only. Appointments will continue to be offered virtually or over the phone.
Changes will be in place effective Thursday, January 14 and will remain in place until February 11. City Hall and City facilities will remain closed to the public.
If you are in our parks or on pathways, maintain the safe physical distance of at least two metres apart from others.
