What is proposed?

Zoning Amendment to allow: 

  • Urban Agriculture as an additional permitted use;
  • Up to 8 shipping containers converted for, and wholly devoted to, growing food;
  • A minimum lot area of 800 square metres;
  • Minimum interior side and rear yard depths of 1.2 metres per 3 metres of building height;
  • A minimum parking rate of one space for Urban Agriculture.
