The City of London Wastewater Operations Division has recently launched a new initiative to help restaurants & food preparation locations reduce the amount of fats, oils and grease (FOG) entering our sanitary sewer system from their day-to-day operations.

Washing Initiative to Protect our Environment (W.I.P.E.) is an educational and informational program designed to help owners, managers and employees keep FOG inside restaurant & food preparation grease interceptors - and out of sewer pipes.
