Reserving Space

A City of London Customer Service Clerk can assist you to rent the space appropriate to your event. To rent a space at either facility, please call 519-661-5575, Monday to Friday between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm.  For information regarding frequently asked questions please click here.

Payment

Payment will be accepted by cheque, debit (if reserving in person), Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Cheques must be made payable to the 'City of London'. Post-dated cheques will not be accepted. Where deposits are required, applicable refunds will be mailed within 10 to 12 business days after the date of the function.
 

Booking the venue

The Customer Service Clerk will provide the following:    
    1. Booking assistance
    2. Authorized permit

What is Included in your rental at Kiwanis or Hamilton Road Seniors? Centre:
 1. Tables and chairs (and set up)
 2. Building Attendant or staff member on site during rental
 3. Fully accessible site

What is NOT Provided with your rental:
When you host a function in one of our facilities, you are responsible for providing the following:
1. Table coverings
2. Dishes, cutlery or coffee maker
3. Catering
4. D.J., music or band and equipment
5. Decorations
