A Strategic Review of London Hydro
 

Navigant Consulting was retained by the City of London to provide an independent review of the strategic options available to London Hydro. This review was prompted in part by a discussion paper submitted to the City by the senior management of London Hydro that outlined the current and expected future challenges faced by the utility.

The executive summary takes a question and answer approach, answering eight integral questions including "What does London own?", "How does London Hydro compare to other utilities?" and "What are the strategic options available to London Hydro?". The main report uses a top down approach with the objective of identifying the strategic options available to London Hydro.
