Development Applications
All Subdivision, Site Plan, Condominium and Consent Applications are processed by DABU's two
Development Planning Teams.
The multi-disciplined Approval Teams are lead by a Manager of
Development Planning and supported by Senior Planners, Planners, Site Plan
Officers, Landscape Planner and Technicians. Each functional team has the
expertise to guide applications through the entire process.
Applications are assigned to teams according to geographic
district. The teams work together to advance applications applying as a
team. The two team managers act as custodians of the process helping to
move along applications by identifying issues, driving decisions, applying their
authority to drive the schedule and following files end-to-end through the
process.

The Development Planning Teams in DABU manage Subdivision,
Site Plan, Vacant Land Condo and Consent applications, and if applicable,
concurrent Zoning By-law Amendments and Official Plan Amendments. Contact
your Development Approval Team Manager if you have any questions about starting
