Utility Coordinating Committee
The
City of London's Utility Coordinating Committee (UCC) ensures safe and efficient
coordination of construction and maintenance projects within the City's assumed
roadways. Through the forum of the UCC, City officials and the utilities with
plant located within London roadways meet regularly to discuss common design and construction
challenges, share innovative information and co-ordinate project-related matters.

Orientation Manual
is available in pdf* format. This document outlines the Committee's
mandate, member's responsibilities, and provides information on processes and procedures
such as drawing requirements, consent applications, permits, fees and inspections.

Municipal Consents
The City's
Municipal Consent Application
(MCA) process is now available online.
A copy of the
MCA program manual in pdf* can be
downloaded by clicking on the link. All users and applicants must first register to gain
access. To register, please download and print the
MCA Registration Form in pdf* and return the completed form to the attention of the
UCC Secretary by or by fax 519-661-6422. Once registered, you will be sent a login and password by email.
